Berkshire HIP is not a large faceless panel that out sources assessments or an organisation hidden behind franchises and tiers of management. As of August 2007 home sellers were required to compile a Home Information Pack (HIP) and make this available to prospective buyers. As of April 2009 a HIP MUST be compiled before the first point of sale. We are aware how these and other changes in how you can advertise or sell your property can be a minefiled, but help is at hand, we're always available to assist.
